Mother's Day Class

Hope you are all well and having a lovely weekend.

Today I am sharing some of the projects created at my last evening class.  Each of the 12 lovely ladies made a mini scrapbook and matching card for either their mum or friend.

The album was made from two sheets of A4 Baja Breeze cardstock which were attached using two Stampin' Up! jumbo Pewter eyelets.

The pages were decorated using the Elegant Soiree designer papers.  The pictures really don't these papers justice!  They are stunning especially when matched with Baja Breeze cardstock.

Each Very Vanilla layer was matted onto Soft Suede cardstock which perfectly complements the Elegant Soiree papers.  The greatest thing about Stampin' Up! is how easy it makes coordinating your projects.  There are over 40 colours which are available in matching cardstock, ink, markers, patterned papers and other accessories including ribbon, brads and buttons!

For this class the ladies used paper daisies, punched boho flowers, rhinestones and pearls to add the final flourish to each page. Everyone loved decorating their books in their own style and I really wish that I had taken my camera because there were some stunning designs!!

They also made a card to match their book in either a Mother's Day or general design.  Each was decorated using some 'bling' and taffeta ribbon.

All the class projects were made using the limited edition SALE.A.BRATION sets which are now retired.  I am so going to miss using these!!

The next class is on Wednesday 23rd March at St Johns Church in Ipswich.  The class costs £10 and must be booked in advance so please let me know if you would like to come along.
